Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  For live plants, please upload a clear photo of the plant's condition so our horticultural experts can assess the health of your botanical friend.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a safe journey back to our nursery.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
